Ágnes Rendes studied at the Kodály Zoltán Secondary School of Music in Debrecen between 1997 and 2001. Her teachers were Vilhelmina Papp and Mária Kéryné Mészáros. In 2004 she started her studies at the Faculty of Music, University of Debrecen under the guidance of Éva R. Szerdahelyi.
Since 2011 she has portrayed Frasquita in Carmen by Bizet, Melinda in Bánk Bán by Erkel, Lucienne in Die tote Stadt by Korngold, Musetta in La bohème by Puccini, Iluska in János vitéz by Pongrác Kacsóh, and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni by Mozart at the Csokonai Theatre in Debrecen.
