Honghai Ma

The professor of the Central Conservatory of Music Beijing – China earned his honour’s degree in Voice & Opera in 1983 and has been teaching at the same institution up until today. Simultaneously, he attended the National Music Academy Bulgaria in Sofia, the Conservatorio di Milano, and the Diploma Program in Opera of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Mr. Ma has acted as the leading actor in many well-known operas such as La Boheme, Carmen, Norma and sang the tenor solo of works such as the Missa Solemnis or Das Lied von der Erde. He has toured  many different parts of the world: several European countries, Australia, Japan, Hong-Kong and Singarpore. He has been invited to be in the jury of a number of international contests, for instance, the National Young Singers Competition, the National New Writers & New Songs, the German New Sound Competition China Area and the Bellini International Vocal Competition China Area.
