Lovisa Huledal, mezzo-soprano, is from Stockholm, Sweden. 2018 she received her Master’s degree in classical singing from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where her studies included a semester at the Conservatorio di Musica “Giuseppe Verdi” di Milano, Italy. 2021 she completed her studies with a Master’s degree in opera from Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe, Germany. She currently studies with Christiane Libor and Anna Larsson. She has attended master classes with Anne Sofie von Otter, Hartmut Höll and Barbara Frittoli.
During her studies she has performed roles such as Mrs Grose in Britten’s The Turn of the Screw, Zita in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi and A in the world premiere of the opera Glashaus by Marc D. Ferrum. In the summer of 2022 she makes her debut at Vadstena-Akademien in Sweden as Arieno in C. F. Pollarolo’s opera Il colore fà la regina.
In 2020/2021 she represented HfM Karlsruhe at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Hochschulwettbewerb in Berlin, became semi-finalist in both the international competition DEBUT in Weikersheim, Germany and in Helmut Deutsch Liedwettbewerb in Wien.
