He began his musical career in the boys' choir of the Mainz Cathedral. After studying violin at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, he continued at the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music in Dresden. He then studied singing with Prof. Thomas Heyer and orchestral conducting with Prof. Vassilis Christopoulos at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts. He made his debut in Verdi's Don Carlo just recently at the Oper Frankfurt and will also appear in the premiere of Lucia Ronchetti's Inferno this season. He performed Sarastro and Count Almaviva at the Bad Vilbel Burgfestspiele, Count Ceprano in Rigoletto at the Hessian State Theatre in Wiesbaden and has invitation to play Escamillo in Carmen by Bizet the coming season. He is director of the Sinfonietta Hofheim and as conductor he works regularly with professional orchestras in Germany and Poland.
