The baritone/bass-baritone was born in Kazakhstan in 1991. He graduated from the National University of the Arts in Kazakhstan with a bachelor’s degree and then a master’s degree in 2019, attending also a master’s training at the Liszt Academy from 2018 to 2021. As an exchange student, he took classes at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome and attended Paolo Bosisio’s master classes in opera dramaturgy at the University of Milan. He has performed in many countries and has received honourable mentions in competitions, such as the Maria Bieșu and Bibigul Tulegenova International Opera Competitions. He also entered for the 2nd Éva Marton International Singing Competition in 2016. He is currently a guest artist at the Hungarian State Opera and the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan. His repertoire includes the title role in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Malatesta in Donizetti’s Don Pasquale, Ford in Verdi’s Falstaff and Ping in Puccini’s Turandot.
