She was born in 1992 in Busan, South Korea, earned her bachelor’s degree from Chung-Ang University, College of Music. Then, she came to Munich, Germany while attending a Master's degree from Korea National University of Arts, Opera singing. She has won awards in the Korea Voice Competition (Universal Music competition). She already performed in several opera roles, and has toured as a soloist with the major orchestras of Korea, having held solo-recitals as well. Recently she made her successful debut at Seongnam Arts Center, and attended Riccardo Muti’s masterclass in Korea. She is currently preparing for a master’s degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München and is expected to debut soon in Bavaria’s capital city.
