Baritone Yohan John Ji obtained his bachelor’s degree at the Seoul National University, College of Music and is currently finishing his master's degree at the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg(under Prof. Susanne Kelling). Recently he debuted Albert from the opera Werther in Seoul Korea Art. And he performed in Nürnberg as Marcello in Opera La Boheme and as Don Giovanni in Opera Don Giovanni. He participated in the Georg Solti Accademia di Bel Canto, Italy, as well as in masterclasses by KS Edda Moser, KS Brigitte Fassbaender, Sir Richard Bonynge, Dalton Baldwin, Liana Aleksanyan. He was semi-finalist of the 52th International Competition of Vocalists in Toulouse, finalist of the 11. Internationale Gesangswettbewerb Gut-Immling, and won 1st prize at the 23th Schubert Lied Competition, Seoul, Korea.
