In 2015, she completed her final year on a scholarship at the Royal College of Music's International Opera School, where she also went on to pursue a PhD. Her repertoire includes over 20 roles in various operas and solo parts in concert compositions ranging from the Baroque era to contemporary pieces. Her roles include Poppea in Agrippina, Fiordiligi in Così Fan Tutte, Micaela in Bizet’s Carmen, Violetta in La traviata by Verdi, Mimi and Musetta in La bohème, Miss Wordworth in Britten’s Albert Herring but also sang the soprano solo in Mozart and Brahms’ compositions and in Verdi’s Requiem as well as in several symphonies and numerous masses. Ms Day won first prize at the Złote Głosy Competition in Warsaw and The Most Promising Singer Award at the Emmy Destinn Competition in Prague.
