Ms Bychkova received a Master’s degree with honours in 2013 at the Kotlyarevsky University of Arts and worked in the choir of the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after M. Lysenko for 3 years and consequently has more than 30 operas in her repertoire. In 2017 the lyric mezzo-soprano accomplished the prestigious Young Artist Programme “Centre de Perfeccionament” run by Plácido Domingo in Valencia, Spain, There she had the opportunity to take to the stage alongside the world-famous tenor, when she featured as Flora in La traviata in Queen Sofia Palace of the Arts. At the end of the course, she performed the dramatic part of Mrs. Grose in Britten's The Turn of the Screw. She enjoys experimenting in music and always balances between a traditional and a contemporary repertoire, intending to be open for all varieties of styles.
