In 2023, Vivienne Ortan graduated in MA Oratorio and Lied Singing from the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music and is currently a student in the MA Opera Singing program. She has attended masterclasses by Éva Marton, Miklós Szinetár, Anatoli Goussev, and Giovanna Maresta. During the masterclass by Andrea Rost, she performed the role of Cherubino from Le nozze di Figaro. In a production organized by Co-Opera, she performed the role of Iluska in a cross-section of Pongrác Kacsóh’s piece János vitéz. She also sang at the Szinetár 90 concert organized by the Hungarian State Opera. At the Léman Bouquet Festival, she performed the role of Elena in Rossini’s opera La donna del lago. She received the Annie Fischer Music Performing Arts Scholarship and won 3rd place in her category in the 12th József Simándy International Singing Competition.
