Ewa Menaszek graduated with honours from the Voice and Drama Faculty of the Krakow Academy of Music, where she studied under the tutelage of prof. dr hab. Agnieszka Monasterska. She also studied at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden. There she was taught by prof. Matthias Henneberg and participated in a production of Gianni Schicchi by G. Puccini at the Staatsschauspiel Kleines Haus as Zita. Her prior education includes a Master Degree in Spanish Philology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2009-2014).

She has taken part in master classes by renowned singers such as prof. Ryszard Karczykowski, prof. Markus Schäfer, prof. Rannveig Braga-Postl, Mariusz Kwiecień and Piotr Beczała.

In 2019 she made her professional debut at the Kraków Opera House as the Second Elf in F. Mendelssohns’s Sommernachtstraum, which was followed by other engagements with the same company, including Mercedes in Carmen by G. Bizet and Venus in Orphée aux enfers by J. Offenbach.

She has won numerous prizes in national and international competitions, including 3rd prize at the International Jan Kiepura Competition, 2nd prize at the Krystyna Jamroz Vocal Competition and 3rd prize at the International Reszke Competition.

Apart from her performances in the field of the opera, her concert activity includes recitals of arias and art songs by Polish and foreign composers. She has taken part in various music festivals like the Voice & Piano Chamber Music Festival, Music in Old Krakow Festival and others.
