In 2006, she graduated from the Rostropovich College of Music in Voronezh (choral conducting). In 2011 she graduated also from the Moscow Academy of Choral Arts (conducting). Currently, she is studying solo singing at the Academy of Choral Arts. She participated in masterclasses of Luybov Kazarnovskaya, Darenn Zimmer and Michael Paul. Ms Shamaeva performed as a soloist at the Great Hall of the Moscow State Conservatory, in the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall of the The Moscow International Performing Arts Centre, but has also toured Greece, Germany and Japan. She has taken part in productions of Tchaikovsky's Queen of Spades as Pauline and acted as Laura in Iolanta. So far, she has performed the mezzo-soprano part in more than 30 cantatas and oratorios.
